           Summary: https/sll hangs with tcnative-1.dll
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.5.12
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Connector:HTTP
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: pelletier_32@sympatico.ca

Hi,

When tc-native-1.dll is present,
https://localhost hangs for a few minutes before displaying "page cannot be
displayed".

It works fine if tcnative-1.dll is removed.

Here is an extract from my server.xml
<Connector port="443" maxHttpHeaderSize="8192"
           maxThreads="150" minSpareThreads="25" maxSpareThreads="75"
           enableLookups="false" disableUploadTimeout="true"
           acceptCount="100" scheme="https" secure="true"
           clientAuth="false" sslProtocol="TLS"
           keystoreFile="c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\.keystore"
           keystorePass="mypassword" />

I created the keystore with keygen of jdk 1.5.

It worked fine with Tomcat 5.5.9 using the same configuration
and keystore.

I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2 with Sun Java 1.5.0.4.

Thanks
Jean-Pierre Pelletier
