Thanks for the client app. Having debugged my way through it looking at TCP Mon
as I go, the request sent to Tomcat is not correctly encoded. However, the much
simpler test finally dawned on me. Telnet with MKCOL /webdav/test%3Bcol doesn't
work either so I will investigate further. However, once this is fixed (assuming
a fix is possible) there will still be a lot of things broken on the client side.
