There has to be some kind of an end of stream indicator independent of any lengths known at the beginning of the exchange. Maybe it already exists, I do not know. Either way I fully agree with Jess Holle: it would be in everyone's best interest if mod_jk people discuss it directly with the HTTP Server people...
