There is a typo at the end of jk_get_lb_lock in jk_util.c. The last line looks
like a copy and paste error taken from jk_get_lb_method. I attached a one line
patch.

There is also a slight inconsistency between allowed configuration values for
the lock attribute of a worker (1 means optimistic and 0 means pessimistic) and
the internal representation (JK_LB_LOCK_PESSIMISTIC=1 and JK_LB_LOCK_DEFAULT=0).
To minimize confusion I exchanged the internal representations between the two.
Contained in the same patch.
