arrg... i just re-read the HTTP 1.1 rfc 2068 spec, it also clearly states
that 

   Messages MUST NOT include both a Content-Length header field and the
   "chunked" transfer coding. If both are received, the Content-Length
   MUST be ignored.

so in essence, usage of Content-Lenght in 'chunked' encoding mode...
