The spec says the session sync is responsibility of the developer. It does not
matter what other containers do.

Since the spec does not call for this, therefore it is not a bug. At best it
would be an enhancement.

Introducing a sync'd HashMap does not fix the issue in cases where you are in a
cluster and 2 requests for the same session on to different nodes occurs.
