This is a duplicate, already been found and fixed in CVS.  Unfortunately there 
has not been a release of the Tomcat 4.1.x series in which to receive the fix.  
Once I find the other defect # I'll mark this one as duplicate, and I'll also 
post a msg to the dev list suggesting a release. (though IANAC)
Actually, it looks like there never was a bug submitted on the last issue, so I 
will close this as fixed.
