jsp being forwarded to overwrites content-type header

Summary: jsp being forwarded to overwrites content-type header
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows 9x
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kent@cpttm.org.mo

I set the content-type of the response (to "text/html; charset=utf-8" if it
matters) in a servlet and then forward the processing to a jsp file. However,
it seems to have no effect at all. It works if I set the content-type in the jsp
(using something like "<% @ page ...%>".
