I am working with the apache since 1999. My company and I developed an application in Visual C++. We did a console application that works with the apache. The internet viewr sends a request. The request goes to the apache. The apache forwords this data to our app. Our app analyzed that data. and Using our database (Some text files) An answer was built and sent back to the apache and back to the user. =20 This is all the expirience I have with dynamic HTML (XSL) and Databases = (Text files). My dream is: to create a web site...that has access to database. without using a console application that will do it. =20 I heared about JSP and Tomcat. and I think my dream is about to come true. I installed the JDK and Tomcat-5... and it seems to work... because i can see the main page of this address using my browser : http://127.0.0.1:8080/ so... my next step... Is to create my own database... and a jsp file that should generate an HTML using this DB. =20 Any tips that will help me continue to the next stage... will be mostly appriciated... =20 10x The_Server. BTW: Thank you very much for this and others freewares... ------=_NextPart_000_0015_01C3D6C9.D9735250--
