jsp-property-group url-pattern does not maps correctly for pathes

Summary: jsp-property-group url-pattern does not maps correctly
                    for pathes
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.0.16
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tivv@gtech-ua.com

Currently jsp-property-group url-pattern does not maps correctly for pathes. It
thinks that path url-pattern /xxx/* maps for /xxx/my.jsp but not for
/xxx/yyy/map.jsp.
So, now it is impossible (at least I can't find a way) to map some property
group to all jsp pages: "/" does not go trough validate process (btw:should not
it point to "all" according to specs? specs say that url-pattern is mathes same
as for servlets and for servlets "/" means default servlet - it would be logical
for "/" working as "all") and "/*" means only "pages in the root folder".
