I had a look at RFC2109 and I couldn't see anywhere where that cookie names 
cannot be the names of the set-cookie attribute values.

However, to the best of my knowledge the Tomcat team is not in a position to 
change this code as it forms part of the servlet spec (someone please correct 
me if I am wrong here). The place to send issues such as this is: servletapi-
feedback@eng.sun.com
