The http server packages are 'org.apache.coyote' (in j-t-c/coyote), and
'org.apache.coyote.http11' (in j-t-c/http11).  To use just the http server,
you need to write a class that implements o.a.c.Adapter, and pass it off to
the Http11Protocol instance.
