allowLinking attribute value is not preserved or ignored after context is reloaded

           Summary: allowLinking attribute value is not preserved or ignored
                    after context is reloaded
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.0.16
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: vladislavi@yahoo.com

<Context path="/myapp" docBase="myapp" debug="0" privileged="true"
crossContext="true" reloadable="true" allowLinking="true" >

I have a link in "myapp/WEB-INF/classes/com" that points to a directory
located on an NFS share. After tomcat starts up "myapp" works perfectly fine.
After the application gets reloaded (either my the manager or because of the
class file change) tomcat stops floowing the links for the application
generating ClassNotFound exceptions.
