The same configuration did get LB working ok with mod_jk 1.2.x.
It seems mod_jk 2 woul need work indeed ;-) In the meantime, I'll
recommend using mod_jk 1.2.x. Maybe I'll have time to help improve
mod_jk 2.0, who knows.
