Tomcat 4.1.24: Dynamic loading classes in Tomcat causes java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError

Summary: Tomcat 4.1.24: Dynamic loading classes in Tomcat causes
                    java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0 Beta 1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Blocker
          Priority: Other
         Component: Unknown
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: zul.abas@hksystems.com

I use JNI to load up my library(load up statically). Everything will run well if
I don't compile any classes when tomcat 4.1.24 is running. I can fetch data etc
using JNI. The moment I compile a new class and it gets loaded(you can see it in
the Tomcat window), any screens that uses JNI will complain:-

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError. Somehow when a class is recompiled, Tomcat
resets something but does not unload the DLL. However, it tries to load up the
DLL again after a class is loaded. I am as ascertained of this behavior.
