When context reloaded the Parameters specified in server.xml for the Context are not availaple

------- Additional Comments From mihy@q8.dk 2003-10-01 10:01 -------
I've fixed it by removing the call in ContextConfig.stop() to
context.removeApplicationParameter(). This works but possibly has some side
effects. I've been running with this new ContextConfig for the past months
which has solved the problem: presently I can reload the application and still
have the parameters specified in the server.xml file available.
