Try to do it the "native" way:
cd jakarta-tomcat-connectors-jk2-2.0.2-src/jk/native2
configure --with-apxs2=your_path_to_apxs
make

The mod_jk2.so should be located in 
jakarta-tomcat-connectors-jk2-2.0.2-src/jk/build/jk2/apache2
Then follow the documentation:
