access log garbled

I have found the same problem with the version 4.1.10 version. If I run the 
same version on windows it is fine. but in Linux it is adding all the 
Javascript and HTML tags into access log. Because of this, the log becomes 
useless and log analizer tools can interpret nothing. 

I feel this has to be fixed ASAP as we need to identify and analize the traffic 
regularly to avoid killing of the server because of severe load.
