j_security_check isn't fed through filters

Authentication (BASIC, DIGEST, FORM) is an internal feature of the servlet
container. As such, a request to a specific URL will not be passed through the
filters or any servlet, as it simply doesn't reach the application layer.

Please DO NOT reopen this bug, which will not be addressed.
