CORBA Object namespace collision with java.lang.Object in generated servlet for JSP

           Summary: CORBA Object namespace collision with java.lang.Object
                    in generated servlet for JSP
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.24
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sprior@geekster.com

The following page will not compile:
<%@ page import="org.omg.CORBA.*" %>
<HTML>
<BODY>
Hi there
</BODY>
</HTML>
==============================================
...\foo_jsp.java:27: reference to Object is ambiguous, both class
org.omg.CORBA.Object in org.omg.CORBA and class java.lang.Object in java.lang match
    [javac]     Object page = this;
==============================================
  public void _jspService(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
  .....
    Object page = this;
================================================
Here's a fix:
    java.lang.Object page = this;

Just make the generator produce less ambiguous code for this line.
