Ok, I reproduced it. You only need to have a Context element defined in server.xml.
So since this is not the preferred way in TC 5, I forgot to test it. Torsten's
patch is correct, and I'll apply it. Thanks for the patch.

Jacob: Thanks for reporting the issue. About the log4j problem: I did change
things in the webapp classloader, but not in the main common classloader.
