Webapp name more than x chars breaks site

Summary: Webapp name more than x chars breaks site
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.24
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Unknown
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: alex@lateralminds.com.au

I have a webapp I am building for a client...called psychmatters...I called it
psych and its fine...psychmatters and it breaks 4.1.24 on winXP. I havent
explored this problem to identify the exact number of chars necesary but you
get the drift. However, when i run this on my linux server (4.1.18) the longer
name works fine. This is repeatable behaviour.
