ant undeploy only stops the Context, but doesn't remove physial files

Summary: ant undeploy only stops the Context, but doesn't remove
                    physial files
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.0.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: johannes.fiala@fwd.at

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:
After doing an ant undeploy using the manager app, the manager app acknowledges
the command with [undeploy] OK.

However,
*) the /webapps/myapp.xml file doesn't get removed
*) the /work/Standalone/localhost/manager/myapp.WAR and myapp.xml doesn't get
removed either.

Not having deleted /webapps/myapp.xml causes the application to show up next
time Tomcat is started.

I also inspected the code, but only found code to stop the app at
ContainerBase.java, public void removeChild(Container child).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
The application should be completely removed from the server.
