The attributes for an unterpreted tag in XML syntax are not evaluated.  That
means that any EL or rt expressions are not evaluated.  This is intended.

To get around this problem, instead of

	<div class="${1+2}">${1+2}</div>

you can write

	<jsp:element name="div">
	    <jsp:attribute name="class">${1+2}</jsp:attribute>
	    <jsp:body>${1+2}</jsp:body>
	</jsp:element>
