request.getRemoteUser() returns null for AJP request with remote username

Tested in Netscape 7.0.2, and 4.7.9, which are the latest of each branch 
according to the Netscape site.  Didn't test Mozilla or Phoenix, which are 
outside the spec for the project I'm currently on.  With the 7.0.2 and 4.7.9 
Netscapes, request.getRemoteUser() returns "".  The server is IIS 5.0 on Win2k 
Server set to "Integrated Windows authentication".  IE tests OK.  If there's 
any other info I can provide please let me know.
