Tomcat manager Ant tasks should support "failonerror" attribute

Summary: Tomcat manager Ant tasks should support "failonerror"
                    attribute
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.18
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Webapps:Manager
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: roytmana@peacetech.com

Tomcat manager Ant tasks should support "failonerror" attribute. For example if
I want to restart context by using "stop" and "start" and if the context has
not been started it'll fail on stop and will never get to start. (I know there
is restart task but ...)
