jsp:include fails if you has one Parameter with ../../

<jsp:include page="/level/test/debug.jsp?Param=../../"> fails!
<jsp:include page="/level/test/debug.jsp?Param=../.../../.."> works: BUT 
Param=../..

you can fix this if you replace / with %2F
