Not sure, it's the debian default... It says its from tomcat (3.3a-4) in
the changelog.

Grabbed the one:
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/release/v1.2.1/bin/linux/i386/mod_jk-1.3-eapi.so.asc

Still the same problem.
