FileLogger timestamp set to false or null is ignored

Summary: FileLogger timestamp set to false or null is ignored
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.12
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Unknown
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rinzai@excite.com

I am unable to remove the timestamps on Tomcat log files. If I change timestamp to false
or remove the entry altogether, it continue to timestamp the log files.
