After looking through FormAuthenticator again I realized an error in my earlier
comments.  When a user bookmarks the login page or presses back to go one
previous in her history, the URI referenced is the one in the <form-login-page>
element.

To have the behavior I mentioned earlier we would need to change the redirect in
the authenticate() class to a RequestDispatcher.include().
