JspWriter.clear()/clearBuffer() don't reset the remaining buffer size as returned by JspWriter.getRemaining().

           Summary: JspWriter.clear()/clearBuffer() don't reset the
                    remaining buffer size as returned by
                    JspWriter.getRemaining().
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper2
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Ryan.Lubke@Sun.COM

Given a buffer of say, the default of 8KB, and one writes the the buffer.
A call to out.getRemaining() will return a size less than 8KB.
Next call out.clear() or out.clearBuffer(), and then call
JspWriter.getRemaining(). The buffer size isn't reset to 8KB.
