I hit a lot of problems with my existing apps that run fine on 4.0.3 because of this bug with jsp:param tags. Having a null value for a jsp:param value causes a NullPointerException. http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10671 4.1.10 is apparently spec non-compliant on this and I think this would impact a lot of people trying to upgrade if it goes stable. Sorry Remy, I know you are pushing hard to get 4.1.x out of the door, but I do think this is important.
