jsp:include does not resolve symlinked directory

Summary: jsp:include does not resolve symlinked directory
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.9
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper 2
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: xliu@capitalthinking.com

We have some shared pages under a centralized directory, which is symlinked.
It seems jsp:include does not see pages under a symlinked dir, not exception
is thrown, it simply ignores the include. Change the directory to a usual
file directory makes it work.

This is probably due to the fact that jasper2 does not properly resolve
canonical path and claimed to be fixed, but does not seem so.
