include throws IllegalStateException

           Summary: include throws IllegalStateException
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.8
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Blocker
          Priority: Other
         Component: Unknown
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rainer.klute@epost.de

I have a simple little JSP file that includes another one. However, Tomcat
throws an IllegalStateException when it comes to the include. I tested two
variants: the first one with "<jsp:include page="included.jspf"/>", and the
second one with "<% pageContext.include("included.jspf"); %>". Both throw the
exception in a call to
org.apache.jasper.runtime.ServletResponseWrapperInclude.getOutputStream().

Attached you'll find the test application as a WAR.
