I'm prepared to maintain this component, but the difficulty of finding anyone with the time and interest to review and commit patches is a real problem, especially since Craig's involvement has reduced. Commit access would help - but the recent discussion in Jakarta indicates that more is expected of a committer than maintaining a single component so maybe that is not appropriate. Any suggestions?
