Unable to resolve a class name without a package definition

Summary: Unable to resolve a class name without a package
                    definition
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.3
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper 2
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: prasad.subramanian@sun.com

In case there is a reference to a class that is not within a package ,Jasper2 is
unable to resolve it.

Lets say :
I have a <%@ import ="testSuper" %>
Then Jasper2 is unable to locate the testSuper.class even though it is present
in WEB-INF/classes
