First of all, you should upgrade, because 4.0b6 may be vulnerable to URL-based
security hacks. I understand it can be very hard to upgrade a production server,
but you should plan to do it here.
I never experienced that particular problem, so I'm afraid I can't help much.
There are no known problems with the thread pooling code.
I tried accessing your site, and didn't run into any problems.
