classpath problem

           Summary: classpath problem
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0 Final
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Webapps
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tathagat25@hotmail.com

In tomcat if we put the classes in the classes directory of the corresponding
app, then tomcat automatically picks it up and puts it in the classpath. But!
if a class wothout a package structure is put, it doesnt pick it up.! I think
its pretty important to resolve this issue.
