I am trying to use the default handler for doing things like:
    /jnlp/*
The idea would be that all files under /jnlp/* should then be loadable
via the default loader.  But due to (obvious) reasons the default handler loads 
files as:
    /*
This is very misleading and probably causes a lot of security problems.  My 
initial workaround was to use paths like:
