jspc -webapp and -p options: import statement in java incorrect

Summary: jspc -webapp and -p options: import statement in java
                    incorrect
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.2 Final
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dgconsul@idx.com.au

If Jasper is invoked with the -webapp and -package name option the package name
is incorrectly appended with an extra "."
For example,
  -p com.mycompany.jsp
results in Java code generated with statement:
  package com.mycompany.jsp.;
And the generated web.xml file (using -webxml option) has servlet-name
  <servlet-name>com.mycompany.jsp..index</servlet-name>
(for index.jsp file)
