resetBuffer doesn't seem to reset buffer

This works with servlets.
$8.3 in the JSP spec states that the JSP buffer is separate from the servlet
buffer, so I think it's normal that this doesn't do anything in JSPs. JSP
experts, feel free to confirm this :)
