Catalina does stop.

           Summary: Catalina does stop.
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.2 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Blocker
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: maint@intercollab.com

Catalina does not stop neither on Linux nor Win2000 .

I had to use `kill -TERM $PID` to stop remaining ( about 14 processes ) .
Without it catalina does not start next time.

In 4.0.1 release it was OK with it.
