If you've installed JSSE as instructed by the documentation, that is all that's
needed.  Could you please describe where you've installed JSSE, and what you set
JSSE_HOME to?

Alternatively, please try copying the three JSSE jar files (jsse.jar, jcert.jar,
and jnet.jar) into the "common/lib" directory and restart Tomcat.
