Using allowChunking="false" would generate a HTTP/1.0 style response 
(disconnecting as a mean to indicate the end of the response when no content-
length is indicated).
I tried accessing a servlet which wouldn't set a content-length with a telnet, 
and what is returned is valid, so this is a client bug I cannot fix, nor 
provide a true workaround for.
