If you cannot punish people, they will abuse... And nobody can punish the abusers, since nobody has authority to do it... This discussion comes cyclically to this list. It is like the recent explosion of "ban the guns to be safe" in US because of terrorists. We want to legislate "goodness" and "compassion" and hope the SOBs will listen. I would ban the box cutters first {:-)}. By making more rules you only screw up good people. The bad people do not give a damn and will do what they want -- they usually do not even read the rules.
