JspFactory.getDefaultFactory().getPageContext returns always null

I could use request.getRequestDispatcher("jspfile.jsp").include(request, 
forward), sorry.

Anyway, a "user-written" servlet can never access the PageContext object in 
Tomcat? Is this the way it's supposed to be? Why is there no exception thrown?
