There's another problem with the build instruction.

There is a circular dependency here.  To build tomcat-4.0 you now need
to build jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk first, but that depends on
catalina.jar, which only exists after you build tomcat.

Am I running in circles or what?  :-)
