The question was the availability on system
running NES (Windows/Unixes) and IIS (Windows).

I really like APR, but having it at a pre-requisite 
to mod_jk for AJP14 will raise new questions.

How could I build APR usinb Borland C++ 5.5 under
Window Millenium ?
