In the Alias directive the path should be surrounded with double qoutes, when generating the
apache conf file

In the generated config file for apache (conf/tomcat-apache.conf) the pathname in the Alias
directive is not surrounded by quotes. 

    Alias /examples C:\Program Files\Apache Group\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\examples

(on the windows platform it is more common to have file and pathnames containing spaces)

The result is that the Apache webserver (v1.3.12) does not start when it tries to read this
conf file. It gives up with the error message 'Alias takes two arguments, a fakename and a

The config file is generated by the class org.apache.tomcat.task.ApacheConfig

This class should generate the Alias directive as 
    Alias /examples "C:\Program Files\Apache Group\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\examples"

(the generated Directory directive correctly surrounds its pathname with quotes)
