Subject RE: mod_jserv vs mod_jk mess
Date Tue, 29 Aug 2000 08:52:44 GMT
You have to module with tomcat 3.2.

mod_jserv and mod_jk.

1) mod_jserv is similar (but not the same) as the redirector found on
   ApacheJServ (It use AJP12).

2) mod_jk support AJP12 and AJP13 protocol (I've got problems with AJP13)

To compile mod_jserv :

cd src/native/apache/jserv
apxs -c -o mod_jserv.so *.c

To compile mod_jk (for apache 1.3) :

cd src/native/apache1.3
make -f Makefile.linux (this makefile need to be reworked)
